Refund policy

30 days, no questions asked. If Team Builder isn't right for you, you get a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

How to ask

Reply to your order email, or write to staffedsolo@gmail.com with the email you used to buy. That's all. You don't need to give a reason, though we're glad to hear one if you want to share it.

What happens next

The refund is issued through Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, to the payment method you used. When it's sent depends on Lemon Squeezy, and when it shows up depends on your bank or card provider. A refund ends your license to use Team Builder.

After 30 days

If something is broken and we can't fix it, write to us anyway and we'll sort it out.
