Who we are

Staffed Solo is run by Ron Lifshits, a sole proprietor in Israel. You can reach us at staffedsolo@gmail.com.

How you buy

Orders are processed by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy, which is the Merchant of Record for all orders. Lemon Squeezy handles payment, sales tax or VAT, receipts, and refunds. Their buyer terms apply to the payment itself.

What you get

Team Builder is a digital download: a folder you open in Claude Code. After payment, you get a download link by email. Updates to the version you bought are free, through the same link.

What you need

Team Builder runs inside Claude Code, which needs a paid Claude plan from Anthropic. That plan is not included and is governed by Anthropic's terms. Team Builder is an independent product, not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic.

Your license

Your purchase gives one person a license to use Team Builder for their own business and projects, and to build as many teams as they like. The teams and files it creates are yours, and you may use them commercially, including for work you deliver to clients. You may not resell, share, publish or redistribute Team Builder itself. The full license is included in the download as LICENSE.md.

Refunds

You can get a full refund within 30 days of purchase, with no questions asked. See the refund policy.

Your responsibility for AI output

AI can be wrong. Your teams are designed to mark what they don't know and to ask before anything goes out, but you are responsible for reviewing what they produce before you use, send or publish it.

No warranty and limits of liability

Team Builder is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to Team Builder is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that the law in your country does not allow us to limit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one in effect on the day you bought.
